타즈마니아 대학은 호주의 최남단에 위치해 있으며 호주에서 네번째로 오래된 역사를 자랑하는 유서깊은 대학이며 론세스톤과 호바트에 캠퍼스가 있습니다.
타즈마니아 대학 내에 호주해양대학(Australian Maritime College, AMC)과 6개학부(비즈니스, 공학, 인문예술, 교육, 법학, 보건의학부)로 나뉘어져 있습니다. 호바트와 론세스톤에 두개의 캠퍼스 뿐만 아니라 타즈메니아 주의 북서 해안에 위치한 버니에는 연구센터가 있습니다.
